CEO & Principal Executive CoachWith over 20 years of senior leadership experience, including leading functions with P&L accountability across national, international and ASX-listed organisations, I bring deep commercial acumen and firsthand enterprise insight to my work with executives and founders. Having led teams and major initiatives across hospitality, education, tourism and professional services, I understand the realities of leadership at scale and what it takes to perform under sustained pressure.
As an ICF PCC–accredited executive coach, I have partnered with more than 200 senior leaders to sharpen judgement, strengthen strategic influence and lead with confidence in complex business environments. My coaching blends applied neuroscience with deep commercial experience to help leaders make better decisions, strengthen influence and sustain high performance in demanding environments.

I hold a Master’s in Strategic Organisational Development and HR and am a Certified Executive Coach through the International Coach Federation. I specialise in Transitional Intelligence and work with strengths-based psychometric tools, drawing on global leadership experience to support senior executives through enterprise change, strategic recalibration and long-term performance.
